How Do I Create a Team Message?

On the Home page, click Create Team Messages to open the Homepage Message window.

If you want to send a message to a specific user, select a name from the list in the User Name field and click To. If you want to send a message to all users in a specific role, select a user role from the list in the Role field and click To.

In the Subject field, enter the subject of the message. The message subject is displayed in the Messages area of the Home page.

If you want to send a message with high priority, click High. If you send a message with high priority, a red exclamation is displayed to the left of the message on the recipient's Home page.

Note: Low is the default priority for all messages.

In the Message field, enter the text for your message, and click Send.
