Incoming messages are displayed on your Home page by category. There are five categories:
The message category is displayed only when you receive an associated message. Up to three messages can display in each category. To display additional messages, click Click for More in the category heading.
All messages sent to you from other users are displayed under the Team Messages category. The other categories display messages sent from either ADP Freedom or the ADP Freedom Solutions Service Centre.
Note: ADP freedom refreshes your home page every 30 seconds with any new messages.
