About HR.net Real Time Integration

The following conditions must also apply within HR.net to an employee before the employee's data can be transferred to Freedom in real time:

a payroll company and pay group must be assigned to the employee.
the Payroll company and pay group are both active
the Track changes option is flagged against a pay group.
the Exclude from payroll flag is not set for the employee.

Note: If a pay group is within a cut-off period, or if payroll calculations are running, HR.net users will not be able to save any changes in HR.net that will update Freedom (unless the user has the privilege to do so).

HR.net is an ADP human resources application that can be used in conjunction with ADP freedom. Where ADP freedom and HR.net are both being used by an organisation, a real time interface is available that automatically keeps the most important employee details the same in both systems.

The HR.net real time integration facility removes the need to maintain the shared employee data in each application. It does this by making HR.net the single point of entry for this employee related data.

If this option is set, and the further conditions below are met, whenever the relevant employee details are added, changed or deleted in HR.net, these changes are sent to ADP Freedom automatically to keep the data the same in both applications i.e HR.net owns this data. Freedom users will be able to view this employee data but will not be able to change it. Any changes must be made through HR.net.
